The applicant shall conduct a search for the required title number within the designated search room, upon payment of a statutory search fee of Rs 200.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTax assessment for the issuance of a certified copy of a title deed shall be undertaken once the applicant provides the precise title deed number.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIssuance of Payment Notice<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA payment notice shall be issued to the applicant indicating the applicable fees, namely:\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
