The Registrar-General’s Department operates under the aegis of the Ministry of Finance and is administered by the Registrar-General who also act as Conservator of Mortgages.

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us in the first instance, we will see how we can help and resolve any persistent issue.

  • You will receive a prompt acknowledgement of your complaint via e-mail.
  • The Ministry of Finance & Economic Development shall investigate into the complaint.

The Ministry will aim at resolving your complaint and take corrective measures, where required, within a maximum of 5 working days.
