The applicant shall conduct a search for the required title number within the designated search room, upon payment of a statutory search fee of Rs 200.
Tax assessment for the issuance of a certified copy of a title deed shall be undertaken once the applicant provides the precise title deed number.

All printed documents shall be subjected to verification and shall be duly authenticated by the authorized officer through signature.
Certified copies shall be made available for collection at the designated counter within two (2) hours of payment, upon presentation of the official receipt and the applicant’s identification card number.
Requests may include, but are not limited to, extracts from the repertory, transcribed documents, and inscribed documents.
The issuance of registered documents shall be subject to the prior approval of senior officers. Upon approval, such documents shall be released to the parties concerned.
